By booking a trip or using our itinerary planning services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These govern your relationship with TripLan and apply to all travel bookings. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
TripLan provides customised travel planning services, including but not limited to:Destination consultation,Itinerary creation,Hotel, flight, and activity bookings (if included),Visa and documentation assistance (if opted)
TripLan acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or other services unless specifically stated in writing.
Each travel package will clearly list all inclusions such as accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, entry tickets, and other services as applicable.
Anything not explicitly mentioned under “Inclusions” shall be considered as excluded from the package.
Travellers are advised to carefully review the inclusions mentioned in their final itinerary or invoice before making any assumptions.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment (50% of the total package price).
- Confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment.
- A detailed confirmation email and itinerary will be shared once all services are secured.
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total package price is required to initiate bookings.
- Final Payment: Remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.
- Late Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of bookings without refund.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed after deduction of cancellation charges as per third-party service providers’ policies.
Approximate deductions:
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25%
- 7–14 days before departure: 50%
- Less than 7 days: 100% (No refund)
- No refund will be given for unused services, last-minute changes, or no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days, subject to verification.
- Itinerary modifications after confirmation are subject to availability and applicable supplier charges.
- No changes are permitted within 7 days of departure.
- Any additional costs due to changes will be borne by the traveler.
Travellers are solely responsible for carrying all required travel documents, such as:
- Valid passport (for international travel)
- Visa(s)
- Government-issued ID
- Vaccination certificates or health documents (if required)
TripLan will not be held responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or missed departures due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Visa Assistance: TripLan offers visa application support only. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
- Travel Insurance: Not included unless mentioned. Strongly recommended for coverage of medical emergencies, cancellations, or losses.
TripLan shall not be held liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather disturbances
- Political unrest
- Strikes
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions or travel bans
In such cases, TripLan will try to offer suitable alternatives, and any additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
- TripLan acts solely as an agent for third-party service providers and is not responsible for any injury, damage, delay, or loss caused by them.
- We are not liable for service lapses, overbooking, or changes made by hotels, airlines, transport companies, or other suppliers.
Limitation of Liability: TripLan’s maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the total amount paid by the traveler to TripLan for the specific booking.
- Traveler’s must ensure they are physically and medically fit for travel.
- All health-related requirements (vaccinations, certificates) must be completed as per the destination’s guidelines.
- TripLan is not responsible for consequences due to medical ineligibility or non-compliance.
Traveler’s must:
- Review all trip details and documents carefully
- Comply with local laws and customs
- Respect group rules and tour leaders
- Stay informed about weather and safety conditions
TripLan is not liable for issues arising from personal negligence, misconduct, or lack of preparation.
TripLan reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund if a traveler:
- Behaves disruptively or inappropriately
- Endangers others or themselves
- Violates rules or local laws
Respectful and responsible behaviour is expected throughout the journey.
Travellers are responsible for their own baggage and belongings.
TripLan is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.
All official communication will be shared via email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided during booking.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is correct and monitored regularly.
With traveler consent, TripLan may use photos, videos, or testimonials shared during or after the trip for promotional purposes.
Travellers can opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.
All legal disputes arising out of services provided by TripLan shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
