To initiate a cancellation, a formal request must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid. If eligible, refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, which are applied based on the cancellation timelines and third-party service provider policies (such as airlines, hotels, transport services, etc.).
Cancellation Charges (Based on Days Before Departure)
- 30 days or more – 10% of the total package cost
- 15 to 29 days – 25% of the total package cost
- 7 to 14 days – 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days – 100% (No refund applicable)
Please note, these charges are calculated on the total cost of the booked package, not on partial services.
No Refund Will Be Provided For
No-shows, where the traveler fails to appear for the trip or a service without prior notice
Unused services (including voluntary or personal changes during the trip)
Last-minute changes made within 7 days of departure
